Shipping policy

At Coral Raw, we deliver our products with care, whether you are located in France or on the other side of the world. Below are our logistical details to assist you with your purchases.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We ship worldwide:

  • Metropolitan France (including Corsica and Monaco).

  • European Union (Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy, Germany, etc.).

  • International: Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, and the rest of the world.

PROCESSING TIMES
All orders are processed and dispatched from our logistics center within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During high-volume periods (product launches, holiday seasons), this processing time may be slightly extended.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your order and your geographical zone.

  • Metropolitan France: Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): €5.90 Free shipping on orders over €100.

  • European Union: Estimated delivery time of 3 to 5 business days : €11.90 Free shipping on orders over €150.

  • International (Outside EU): Estimated delivery time of 6 to 12 business days, depending on the destination and customs procedures.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number. This will allow you to track every step of your package's transit on the carrier's website.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES (NON-EU DELIVERIES)
For all orders shipped outside the European Union (including the United Kingdom and Switzerland), customs duties or import taxes may be levied by local authorities. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Coral Raw has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We advise you to contact your local customs office for further information.

LIABILITY AND DELIVERY
In accordance with the French Consumer Code, Coral Raw is responsible for the delivery of the product until it is physically received by you or a designated third party. In the event of a significant delay or if a package is marked as "Delivered" but not received, please contact us within 48 hours at contact@coralraw.com so that we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES / INCORRECT ADDRESS
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you, or because it was not collected from the pick-up point/post office within the allotted timeframe, the reshipping costs will be at your expense.
