The end-of-life management of a garment constitutes a major industrial anomaly: approximately 50% of textiles are incinerated, landfilled, or downcycled, and less than 1% are truly recycled to design new pieces. The CIRCULOSE® technology addresses this systemic challenge by directly utilizing post-consumer textile waste, such as old jeans with a high cellulose content.

Powered exclusively by 100% renewable energy, the purification process dissolves the used material and isolates the cellulose, mechanically eliminating any parasitic synthetic components such as polyester or the plastic from zippers. This pure pulp, sourced through networks in Sweden and China, is then fused with virgin wood to form a man-made fiber of exceptional strength.

This innovation, which transforms obsolescence into a primary resource, is governed by rigorous audits. The finished textile is OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified, attesting to its total chemical safety, and produced within facilities meeting the ISO 9001 quality management standard.
