These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are those of Coral Raw, a company whose registered office is located at 244 chemin de Vic à Vielle, 30260 Crespian, France, registered with the Nîmes Trade and Companies Register under the unique identification number 104 007 794 - Email address: contact@coralraw.com ; VAT: not applicable, Art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI).

PURPOSE
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) aim to define the sales conditions between Coral Raw and the Buyer, from ordering to services, including payment and delivery. The acquisition of a product through this website implies unreserved acceptance by the Buyer of these GTC.

PRODUCTS
The products offered are those listed on the www.coralraw.com website, subject to availability. Coral Raw takes the utmost care in the presentation and description of its products. However, slight variations (colors, textures) may occur depending on the screen used by the Buyer.

PRICING
The prices listed on the website are in Euros (€) inclusive of all taxes (TTC).

  • VAT: As a micro-enterprise, VAT is not applicable (Art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code - CGI).

  • Shipping costs: These are added at the time of cart validation.

  • Modification: Coral Raw reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, provided however that the price listed in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the Buyer.

ORDERING AND PAYMENT
The Buyer selects the products, validates their cart, and makes the payment via the website's secure interfaces (Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal, etc.).

  • Confirmation of the order implies acceptance of these GTC.

  • Coral Raw will confirm acceptance of the order by sending an email.

  • The products remain the property of Coral Raw until full payment of the price.

DELIVERY
Products are shipped to the delivery address provided by the Buyer.

  • Origin: Packages are shipped from Crespian (postal code 30260), France.

  • Fees (France): €4.90 for standard delivery. Free on orders over €100.

  • International: Calculated automatically at checkout.

  • Risks: The Seller bears the risks of transport until the physical delivery of the product to the customer (Art. L216-4 of the French Consumer Code).

WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
In accordance with the law, the Buyer has a 14-day withdrawal period, which Coral Raw extends to 30 days, to return a product that does not suit them.

  • Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are fully covered by Coral Raw for any order placed in Metropolitan France.

  • The Buyer must contact customer service at contact@coralraw.com to receive a prepaid return label.

  • The refund will be issued within 14 days after receipt of the return.

LEGAL GUARANTEES (French Law)
All products benefit from:

  • The legal guarantee of conformity (Art. L217-4 and following of the French Consumer Code) allowing for the repair or replacement of a non-conforming product within 2 years.

  • The guarantee against hidden defects (Art. 1641 of the French Civil Code).

LIABILITY
Coral Raw's liability cannot be held for any damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, virus, service disruption, or other involuntary problems.

DISPUTE MEDIATION
In the event of a dispute, the Buyer must first contact customer service. If no amicable solution is found, the Buyer may access the consumer mediator free of charge: CM2C, 49 rue de Ponthieu 75008 Paris, France (https://www.cm2c.net/).

GOVERNING LAW
These GTC are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
